What are some good reasons to buy a personal license? Since one can't make videos for clients & the videos will have a Topvid branding (which is usually a freemium restriction, e.g Lumen5).

Best of luck @alex_flom and Avi :) you rockstars. Video is king in the last couple of years and there is definitely a need in the market for easy and quick video creation. How do you guys differentiate yourself from tools like Promo (Slidely) except being much more accessible price wise?

Our product is a bit different, Promo lets you put text on stock videos, this is great for engaging with your audience on social networks. We focus on video ads and optimize our templates for this goal (the video is in the right length, the call to action is in the right place etc). We work with ad agencies and optimize each template for highest conversions (we create several versions of the template and check which one works best). I hope that answers your question :-)

@alex_flom Thanks for the prompt reply and letting me know - ideally I would love it if there were no branding on the video and especially as people are paying for the solution - of course I understand you want to differentiate the two levels of offer - just IMHO and thinking about the marketing and comms professionals I work with who would be attracted to your tool as they have little experience of creating video content themselves

In general, I do think it is a fair deal because we decided to charge per year what our competitors are charging per month. I believe after this Product Hunt launch we will have more data to make better decisions about our pricing...

So, I like so much special for me create videos is hard and cost a lot of time, this tool can create in a simple and fast way cool videos. Congradulations! What you think create Stories templates for Instagram, Snapchat and outhers apps, in my opinion would be great. Those kind of media its growing a lot. But Great job!

@ravsydney Adobe Spark is free but comes with adobe branding (unless you purchase creative cloud subscription). Spark is great for building video content to share with social followers (slideshows, basic text animations etc). We focus on video ad templates that are optimized for conversions. Just customize the template and get professional looking video ad :-)
