EasyEmail is a Gmail tool that helps you write emails very quickly. It learns from your inbox and quickly suggests what you should write based on your previous responses.

EasyEmail saves you time on replying to repetitive emails. We've already helped our users with almost 700 emails!

I'm really surprised to see that there is still app & compagny that does not let you delete your account and the personal data attached to it.

Seriously this is a major issue and a no-go

Pros:

Seems like a good idea

Cons:

Does not provide a way to delete account & personal data

Hey Romain - I'm so sorry about that issue! I emailed you already about this, and I'll make sure to include instructions in our FAQ. To everyone else, here are the details: If you'd like to remove EasyEmail, please go to chrome://extensions and hit the trashcan next to EasyEmail AI. That will permanently remove the product from your email. All the permissions you've ever given to any extension, it will be visible here: https://myaccount.google.com/per.... This is standard for all chrome extensions!

Pros:

Great product. Cuts down the time spent on emails by alot, means I can spend more time doing real work.

Cons:

Sometimes the suggestions are not quite correct. But it seems to be getting more and more accurate.

I love your idea! I just installed easyemail. I started writing an email to test it out. It is not showing me auto-complete suggestions. Do I need to define hot keys in to start with? Thanks Kartik

Quick - question. Are there any known conflicts with other Gmail Chrome extensions? I've had issues in the past where Gmail extensions have caused CRMs to fail...

@kobestarr Oh, thanks for bringing it up. We've got a conflict with Mixmax - that's all we've found so far, but it's possible there are more. If you have troubles getting the product to start, please shoot me an email at filip@easyemail.ai and we'll troubleshoot!

@kobestarr Quick clarification: we haven't seen any cases of our extension interfering with other extensions. However, there are other extensions that might block our own content. Please do let us know if we're causing any issues to your existing apps!

Really cool idea - Probably wishful thinking, but any chance you could make this a browser extension? We'd love it for replying to comments on social media and customer support requests!

@filip_twarowski I'd really love to see this for responding to Facebook comments. We're responding to several thousand per week and anything to streamline this process would be incredibly helpful.
