How does this integrate with CRM? Are you able to edit the input prior to upload, or is it automated after your call is logged?
@ben_coverdale Hey Ben, great question. We have native CRM integrations that automatically sends the summary etc to your CRM. For specific fields we understand with you what ones you would want updated during onboarding and then the user can confirm in the platform after the call.

Great question@lily_wells! we think that the output of any AI driven too, especially Agentic, is only as good as the input. So without the insight extraction fuelling the analysis, the data is unstructured/messy and the output follows suit!
