What really stands out is the intuitive and fast experience.
As a business owner, all I wanted from a business management app is to import leads, nurture them, build connections, and offer my products and services. I want to be able to build my service with a project management tool, or manage my physical product inventory if I'm a distribution company.
Then, follow the sales workflow or funnel to the billing and payment operations. This covers 90% of a business! Most of the remaining 10% can be left to integrations with other tools.
