I do have a strategic question on the 'taste' aspect: While it's easy to train the AI on hard exclusion rules (like 'no big aerospace'), how well does it learn to identify softer signals of a candidate's intent or cultural fit from their digital footprint? Does the AI flag profiles where the data suggests they might look good on paper, but perhaps lack the 'seriousness' or stability needed for a highly demanding startup role?
