Hi Product Hunt community! Our team is very excited to share our first product, conversational surveys. We offer surveys in a conversational format where AI leads and summarizes discussions to get customer feedback. We firmly believe this is a more dynamic way to get insights on your customer's experience relative to pre-AI static surveys or questionnaires. Examples include NPS or CST scores, but with deeper context and sentiment. We're a co-founding team of four (three technical and one business-side) with a lean operation seeking to get as much product feedback as possible at our current stage. We fully understand there's deep competition in this category, both from industry incumbents and disrupters (such as ourselves), however, we are committed to executing our vision and believe our team is uniquely capable of delivering. As a quick aside, one feature not currently advertised as we're still finalizing, is a fully integrated third-party audience (or panel) for situations where teams might want external feedback as opposed to customer feedback. This will be a game changing solution, and a true do-it-yourself, end-to-end market research capability that usually costs $75k-$150k, and typically provided by specialized research firms that source respondents and moderate focus groups on a contracted basis. Once finalized, our customers will have the capability to do ALL of that themselves seamlessly through our web-based platform. This would include the (1) sourcing and screening of respondents, (2) the actual moderation of the surveys, and (3) the summarization/insights.
