Just a quick question: How does your platform manage real-time data, especially when there's a massive influx? And is there an option to tailor the insights we get? Wishing you success with the launch!
@doron_levyy So We feed all customer feedback into a channel in slack atm. We have another channel for analytics, that's sort of feedback but more data driven. And we have another channel for our crisp integration. Then we have a channel for our SoMes feedback. All API driven. So A slack bot could basically take all these endpoints and make one channel with the gist of it all. sort of. And make some intelligent end of week summary etc. With GPT.

@karin_tamir Hey Karin, basically there's no minimum data in order to generate insights, yet in order to make this valuable on the day2day basis we'll require the minimum of 1000 new interactions with your users per week :)
