When you re building something it s easy to spend all your time improving the product
But even a good product needs people to discover it
At the same time pushing growth too early can feel pointless if the product isn t ready
I think finding the right balance is harder than it looks

I used to think networking meant sending messages to people you already know
But Product Hunt makes it pretty easy to start conversations with people you ve never met
A simple comment on someone s launch can turn into a real conversation
And sometimes you find people working on things very similar to you

Sometimes an idea looks good in the beginning
Then you start talking to people and realize the problem is not as big as you thought
The hard part is knowing when to keep going and when to let the idea go
How do you decide when it s time to stop working on something?

Do you build for users or for your own idea?
Sometimes it s easy to get excited about an idea and keep building what makes sense in your head
But the real test starts when actual users use it
Their feedback can change the product in ways you didn t expect
Losing a customer can teach you more than getting one
Sometimes the reason is obvious
Sometimes they just stop using the product and you never really know why
I think these moments can show problems that are easy to miss when everything is going well

When I started working on my own I wanted to do everything
Content
Outreach
Product work
Getting the first few customers teaches you things that are hard to learn from just building
You start seeing what people actually care about
Sometimes it s not the feature you spent the most time on
Sometimes it s the small thing that makes the product easier to use

I have been working on a few things but one goal is becoming much clearer
I want to build a strong personal brand and a SaaS growth agency
The personal brand helps me share what I m learning while the agency is where we can actually put that knowledge into work
My team has been doing some really good work on it so far
I used to think that once a feature was planned it should probably get built
But sometimes you spend days on something and then realize hardly anyone needs it
Now I think it s better to stop early when the signal is weak
Even if you already spent time on it
Some lessons sound obvious when you hear them from other founders
But when it happens to you it feels completely different
You can spend weeks working on something and then realize you were solving the wrong problem
Or spend too much time building before talking to enough users
