What made you stop building a feature?

I used to think that once a feature was planned it should probably get built

But sometimes you spend days on something and then realize hardly anyone needs it

Now I think it’s better to stop early when the signal is weak

Even if you already spent time on it

Have you ever removed or stopped building a feature because users simply didn’t care about it?
