There are so many new tools launching every day

Some look great on the surface but it s hard to know which ones are actually useful

I usually think about whether the product solves a real problem and whether I can understand its value quickly

Good design helps but it s not enough on its own

Launch day usually gets most of the attention

But I think the days after launch can be just as important

That s when founders start seeing real feedback

People find bugs

There are some ideas I would probably never start because building them from scratch feels like too much work

With vibe coding I can test those ideas much faster

Some turn out to be useless

Some actually become interesting

It s easy to stay motivated when people are liking your work or talking about it

But some of the best work happens when nobody really knows what you re building

I used to think having more ideas was always a good thing

But sometimes having too many ideas makes it harder to focus on one

I used to feel like once I spent a lot of time on something I had to keep it

Even when it wasn t working

Now I think starting over can sometimes be better than trying to fix something that should have been changed earlier

Time spent on something doesn t always mean it should stay

Sometimes a small conversation can save weeks of work

What do you usually check before deciding to build a new feature?

Some days I have a clear plan before I start

Other days I just pick one thing and start working

I ve found that having too many tasks can sometimes make it harder to actually get anything done

So I m trying to keep my daily list smaller and focus on the important stuff
