Cool idea... who doesn't like free money? Now I only need an app to scan my brain and remember which flights were delayed. :(

Avoid at all cost, very buggy non-working product, you will just waste your time. I spent my effort and filled all the info about the case then it said account not found! Messaged them and they said nothing in the system, even though I got the confirmation screen! Heck, even their airport lookup doesn't work when I wanted to try again, go with AirHelp or getservice.

Pros:

good idea, poor execution

Cons:

Too many bugs, waste of time

Super frustrating!!! Does not support domestic flights - not mentioned anywhere. Does not support non EU flights - not mentioned anywhere.

I'm waiting for 2 years my compensation, the last update was in 05.02.2019, that was about: "Escalating your case to a National Enforcement Body". I tried to contact the company by email to ask how it was going, but I received automatics answers. So, here I'm, waiting for answers.
