ClaimCompass - Get paid for delayed or cancelled flights

This service is important, but they do a poor job. Not familiar with EC 261/2004 - filed my claim under the wrong section of the regulation and I got denied. I could have done a better job myself (though went through them because the airline never responded to the complaint I filed) but they lost my opportunity.
