Effortlessly boost productivity with Boost.space: Your all-in-one & User-friendly workflow streamliner. Forget the data juggling across multiple platforms. Seamless integration and data management awaits! We're also landing on Appsumo soon 😏
Hey, fellow product hunters 👋🏼
The whole team and I are super excited to launch Boost.space!
🤨 What is Boost.space?
Fully no-code cloud master database platform with built-in Make.com Integrator Engine. That makes us perfect combination of Integration Platform (like Zapier, n8n, Pabbly,...) and Database Tool (like Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Retable,...).
❓Why Boost.space?
We have been building this platform for the past five years and are closing our seed phase by the end of this year. With more than 1500 clients from 55 countries, we believe we are a highly trustworthy partner in your data journey. But hey, we don't like to brag—just check our Product Hunt reviews. 😉
⚙️ How does it work?
Choose your data type (contact, product, order, invoice, task or custom data type with no-code custom data module), connect your tools, centralize and prioritize data sources, eliminate duplicates, enrich it and then share it to your tools back. All within one platform.
📱 Can I use it today?
Hell yeah! Make sure to get on the waitlist and then grab your LTD on Appsumo or simply go to boost.space/signup and create your system right now - you can even use code LETITSYNC and get 50% OFF Forever. If you need some inspiration just go to boost.space/flow and see our premade templates and workflows that you can start using today.

Hi Product Hunters!
So excited to be here. ✨
Boost.space is all about efficient data management, enabling users to connect all tools together and leverage the full potential of data. With the advent of AI, our emphasis has been (among other things:) on integrating these advanced technologies into our platform. 🤓
At the core of Boost.space AI lies the Data Transformation - Standardization feature. Think of it as a universal adapter for your data, plugging into various tools regardless of their data format. Boost.space AI skillfully standardizes these diverse data inputs into a single format, allowing them to be stored in one master database.
The process of Data Transformation not only simplifies data management but also ensures consistency and accuracy across your entire digital toolset.
A standardized central dataset serves as a great foundation for leveraging various forms of AI's power. Smart field mapping, generating additional information to your data (time zones, SEO titles, etc.), and so much more!
The sky's the limit here! 🚀
How would you utilize AI in your Data Management & Automation Process?
Best,
Liesbeth
#Boost.spaceAIComingSoon!
What's on your sync wish list? 🤔💡 Tell us, what tools would you love to see seamlessly synchronized? Share your dream use-cases with us and we will create a template for the best one! 🔄🌐
@tadeas_marek I would love to have a way for two-way sync for Spark email and TickTick with Notion. Notion you have already, and per my understanding TickTick and Spark email are among the top apps in their field 😍
rofl, this might be the best marketing I've seen in a launch 🤣 The landing page video is so clickable. Great work to your team! Absolutely entertained.
Will be there for the AppSumo LTD.
Can you share a bit about:
1. What current clients use it for? (I see a ton of integration but I'm not 100% sure what a example would look like for my biz)
2. What the limits/LTD will look like? (not sure if it'll be limited to a certain # of operations or anything.)
Congrats on this launch! So here for it.
@esus Thanks, mate! 🤞
1. We got Marketing & Sales agencies when it comes to SaaS clients and Manufacturing & E-commerce when it comes to Enterprise clients.
2. You will be able to choose from 3 tiers (GROW / SCALE / ENTERPRISE) starting at just 69$ and all of these will be obviously limited when it comes to operations, records and admins (users with access to the Integrator).
@esus, guess what? 😄 We went all out and printed a huge Product Hunt Cat logo, then did a daring leap through it like a lion jumping through a ring of fire! 🔥🦁 You can catch this thrilling moment in our PH invitation video here: https://boostspace.wistia.com/me...
Now the question is -> Did our marketing team make me do it? Or did I make my marketing team do it? We are not quite clear on that with @matous_kralik and @liesbeth_bronsema 😄
Looks good, but I don't fully get it. Are you a more intuitive user Interface for make, or what can I do with you that I can't do with make?
I also wonder how this is sustainable, you presumably pay make for every automation but only get one lifetime payment (minus Appsumo fees).
@torsten_p Good questions, Torsten.
Boost.space is Cloud Master Database and all of our Data Modules are fully compatible with the Make Integrator - meaning you dont need to use Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion or any other database-like tool AND Make. You can just use Boost.space and manage your data, consolidate it, eliminate duplicates and synchronize it across your toolset. Make is just the integration part of our product.
When it comes to sustainability - we've created the LTD Tiers and it's pricing in a way that it's sustainable in a long-term. We do not pay for amount of automations.
@torsten_p We are a cloud database (something like Airtable or Google sheets) that is built for integrations - we have features to orchestrate two-way sync, automatically consolidate duplicates. We are running a separate instance of OEM Make engine that we have licensed to be embedded within our product. You can notice that in the top 15 most frequently used tools on Make.com there are many (6!) No-code cloud database tools, because it is a best practice to centralize and standardize data when setting up your business workflows or automations. Boost.space combines those two worlds and makes it seamless for users to empower their tools to share the same dataset.
@daniel_leeman Daniel, thank you so much for your feedback, we are constantly trying to improve the way we communicate our platform. Please could you help me understand your initial understanding regarding Make.com and our integrations, when you checked out our website for the first time? We will make changes to our copy based on your feedback (so no stress 😂)...
@tadeas_marek
Boost.space is fully connected with Make Engine and so we take you step by step and let you create scenarios in our UI and then prepare the final scenario in Make Engine for you.
^^ On second read, I get it but I think that the copy is very technical vs solution focused.
"Harness the power of Make, directly inside of Boost.space. No need to pay for a Make subscription AND Boost, we took care of white labeling Make and building our database on top of it - giving you the power of both for one low price."
Who's the ICP? We run an automation consultancy. Seems like upmarket has data warehouses, but down market the copy is quite technical sounding.
Love this, and a beautiful landing page as well, great use of color and imagery.
Just a few tiny Design suggestions to look into when you have some time:
+ Your hero section background image takes a second to load and in those few seconds, we have white text on a white background. Maybe use a darker BG color or create that gradient background image with CSS gradients + grain.
+ Main CTAs to "Get on the waitlist" and "Try for Free" are cropped in half probably because of the countdown timer (Appsumo deal page). Standard16:9 screen.
+ The "sorry to see you go" popup appeared without me attempting to leave the page, not sure if that's what you want to happen(?)
All-in-all I'm just nitpicking but it's overall a lovely website and a cool concept. All the best with your launch
Looking fantastic! Do you have any examples of how you've helped Customer Success Managers interact with Technical Support for a seamless end experience for an existing customer?
@matous_kralik@rosieatpieces, we integrate with both FreshDesk and HubSpot. Our platform enables seamless data exchange between these tools, as well as other sources. Let's say, for instance, ChatGPT can harness knowledge collected from all these sources and be prompted to generate a response.
This isn't just beneficial for customer support; it's also invaluable for personalizing any form of client communication or outreach.
@matous_kralik, way to go! You've created something amazing - It's sure to set a new standard in data description. It's incredible that you've put your effort to make this happen!
Congratulations on the launch @matous_kralik, @tadeas_marek, @liesbeth_bronsema! and the rest of the team!!!
Boost.space seems like a great tool for streamlining data management and integration.
How do you see Boost.space addressing the challenges faced by businesses in managing and utilizing their scattered data effectively across various tools and formats?
Also for no-code, integrations fearful founders like myself - What would you say the optimal use case would be?
Hi @dzaitzow, and thanks for your interest in Boost.space!
Addressing Scattered Data Challenges:
Businesses today often struggle with scattered data across various tools and formats. Our no-code synchronization platform is specifically designed to tackle this issue head-on. By creating a cloud master dataset, Boost.space enables companies to consolidate data from different sources into a standardized format. This ensures seamless synchronization across your entire toolset. The result? A unified, accessible, and efficiently managed data ecosystem.
Regarding the "Optimal" Use Case:
An optimal use case for Boost.space would be for businesses that use multiple tools (for CRM, ERP, marketing, etc.) and are looking to streamline their operations. Our platform is especially beneficial for teams where efficient data sharing and real-time updates are critical for day-to-day operations. It's ideal for companies seeking to enhance collaboration, improve decision-making, and boost overall productivity without investing in heavy IT infrastructure or specialized technical staff.
Hope this was helpful! Check out the "Flows" section on our website - it's similar to use cases :) boost.space/flows
Your approach to centralizing data from different tools sounds really cool.
I'm particularly interested in whether it's possible to merge data. For instance, can we combine information from Zoominfo with the first-party data captured on our website form (using Segment)? Then, can we push all of it to Folk to create highly personalized welcome emails?
I tried doing this with Zapier, but it was quite complicated. It would be amazing if Boost.space could make this achievable.
The possibility of using this data further for ads and outbound campaigns also seems exciting, based on what I understood from the website.
@aleks_tiupikov Aleks, I'm delighted by your question because it's a feature we've poured a lot of effort into, and I haven't had the chance to share this with many people 😊. Within Boost.space's database, you can designate a 'Key Column' that always remains unique and serves as the basis for merging records. For instance, in the case of contacts, this could be the email address, while for products, it might be a part number.
When you connect different data sources (tools), you have the flexibility to assign specific priorities to them. For example, your CRM can be given higher priority than an old Excel sheet containing contacts.
If there is a duplicate record thrown on Boost.space, our database automatically identifies it and merges the data according to the assigned priorities. This ensures that there are no duplicate entries, and the lowest priority source (like the old Excel file in this example) is only granted rights to fill in data within empty columns.
You have the flexibility to assign a Key Column to any type of field, including custom fields. Moreover, you can establish multiple levels of priorities and even assign different priority levels to different columns. This means that, for instance, your Invoicing tool can have a higher priority for overwriting fields related to invoicing, while your CRM can take precedence when it comes to customer data-related fields. It's all about giving you complete control and flexibility over your data management.
that's sound interesting, congrats for the launch!!!
it's good because compared to other similar platform you instead provide ready to use flow for every sector and so the user doesn't need to look out for the perfect match service and then search it within your network.
@gobinx_account Thank you GoBinx. Yes, we aim to keep creating more use cases and templates to inspire our users on how to further utilize our platform and how to utilize the potential of their business data.
