Congratulations on the launch @matous_kralik, @tadeas_marek, @liesbeth_bronsema! and the rest of the team!!! Boost.space seems like a great tool for streamlining data management and integration. How do you see Boost.space addressing the challenges faced by businesses in managing and utilizing their scattered data effectively across various tools and formats? Also for no-code, integrations fearful founders like myself - What would you say the optimal use case would be?
Liesbeth Bronsema
Hi @dzaitzow, and thanks for your interest in Boost.space! Addressing Scattered Data Challenges: Businesses today often struggle with scattered data across various tools and formats. Our no-code synchronization platform is specifically designed to tackle this issue head-on. By creating a cloud master dataset, Boost.space enables companies to consolidate data from different sources into a standardized format. This ensures seamless synchronization across your entire toolset. The result? A unified, accessible, and efficiently managed data ecosystem. Regarding the "Optimal" Use Case: An optimal use case for Boost.space would be for businesses that use multiple tools (for CRM, ERP, marketing, etc.) and are looking to streamline their operations. Our platform is especially beneficial for teams where efficient data sharing and real-time updates are critical for day-to-day operations. It's ideal for companies seeking to enhance collaboration, improve decision-making, and boost overall productivity without investing in heavy IT infrastructure or specialized technical staff. Hope this was helpful! Check out the "Flows" section on our website - it's similar to use cases :) boost.space/flows

Your approach to centralizing data from different tools sounds really cool. I'm particularly interested in whether it's possible to merge data. For instance, can we combine information from Zoominfo with the first-party data captured on our website form (using Segment)? Then, can we push all of it to Folk to create highly personalized welcome emails? I tried doing this with Zapier, but it was quite complicated. It would be amazing if Boost.space could make this achievable. The possibility of using this data further for ads and outbound campaigns also seems exciting, based on what I understood from the website.

@aleks_tiupikov Aleks, I'm delighted by your question because it's a feature we've poured a lot of effort into, and I haven't had the chance to share this with many people 😊. Within Boost.space's database, you can designate a 'Key Column' that always remains unique and serves as the basis for merging records. For instance, in the case of contacts, this could be the email address, while for products, it might be a part number. When you connect different data sources (tools), you have the flexibility to assign specific priorities to them. For example, your CRM can be given higher priority than an old Excel sheet containing contacts. If there is a duplicate record thrown on Boost.space, our database automatically identifies it and merges the data according to the assigned priorities. This ensures that there are no duplicate entries, and the lowest priority source (like the old Excel file in this example) is only granted rights to fill in data within empty columns. You have the flexibility to assign a Key Column to any type of field, including custom fields. Moreover, you can establish multiple levels of priorities and even assign different priority levels to different columns. This means that, for instance, your Invoicing tool can have a higher priority for overwriting fields related to invoicing, while your CRM can take precedence when it comes to customer data-related fields. It's all about giving you complete control and flexibility over your data management.
that's sound interesting, congrats for the launch!!! it's good because compared to other similar platform you instead provide ready to use flow for every sector and so the user doesn't need to look out for the perfect match service and then search it within your network.
