Chat Suggestions - Help users know what to ask from the start

by
Most chat conversations slow down because users don’t know what to ask. A blank input box often leads to vague messages, extra clarification, and unnecessary back-and-forth. With Chat Suggestions, predefined quick-reply options appear directly inside the chat, guiding users to the right question or action instantly. The result is clearer intent from the first message, faster resolutions, and a smoother experience for both customers and support teams.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 A lot of chat conversations slow down because users don’t know what to ask next. They open the widget, stare at a blank input, and type something vague like “Hi” or “I need help.” With Chat Suggestions, AskYura shows predefined quick-reply options inside the chat, guiding users to the right question or action instantly, without typing everything manually. With Chat Suggestions, you can: 1️⃣ Guide users to the right questions from the start. 2️⃣ Speed up conversations with one-tap replies. 3️⃣ Reduce unnecessary typing and vague messages. We’re also opening our Discord community, feel free to join, share feedback, and suggest features you’d like to see next. 🔗 https://discord.gg/kAwhRhqGvg Looking forward to your thoughts and how you structure chat in your product today!

@npmitaart Congrats on the launch! 🚀

By the way, how dynamic are the Chat Suggestions? Can they also be AI-generated in real time based on user intent or conversation history?

Giodio Mitaart

@vidisim Thanks! Really appreciate it.

For now, Chat Suggestions are configured from the admin side, so teams can fully control which prompts appear. That said, we’re currently working on updates to make them more dynamic, including adjusting based on user intent and conversation history.

Stay tuned! 🙌🏻

@npmitaart Congrats on the launch!

I really like the focus on actually completing tasks, and not just answering questions. Quick question, can the workflows adapt in real time based on the conversation or user history?

Giodio Mitaart

@cool_jason007 Thanks a lot, really appreciate that! 🙌

Yes, it can already adapt in real time based on the conversation and user history. We’re continuously refining it to make the transitions and adjustments feel more seamless and natural, especially for longer or more complex workflows. Still improving!
