Why I built AskAiRank: I was losing users to ChatGPT and could not see it

Hey, I am Nick, the founder of AskAiRank.

I kept getting signups who said they found us through ChatGPT or that Perplexity recommended us. At the same time my Google traffic was flat and clicks were dropping because of AI Overviews. I had no way to tell how often an AI actually named my product when someone asked for a tool like mine, or whether a competitor was showing up instead of me.

So I built AskAiRank to answer one question: when your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini for a tool like yours, do you come up, and where?

It runs buyer style prompts against those models on a schedule, then checks each answer for whether your brand is mentioned, in what position, with what sentiment, and which pages the model cites as sources. You get a visibility score per model, a side by side comparison with your competitors, and an alert when your visibility drops.

Setup takes a couple of minutes. You paste your domain, it detects your category, generates the prompts for you, and suggests competitors to track.
