It's been inspiring to follow your pivot journey and congrats on the launch! Finding creative and more down-to-earth ways to use AI that don't contribute to the noise of fully AI-generated content is the way to go as I see it. It seems like that's what you're trying to do here by transforming from Zaplify into Andsend! One question I had is how you ensure confidentiality and data protection when feeding the AI everything in inboxes and LinkedIn accounts? At least being based in Europe may present some advantages for this, right? Some people are selective about what they choose to share with AI models, myself included.

@robert_fon1 This is a very good question. The short answer to your question is "All of them". :) The way that I see it at least is that as you say, it's all about context. We're ingesting context from as many sources as possible in order to be able to answer the question: Which Contact should receive which message at what time for which reason? The other context that is very important is the playbook that you as the user provides that describes what your goals are. So the full combination of all of these dimensions determine the best answer to your question.

Curious, what's your opinions on CRMs in general? Our take here is that those are getting outdated with this shift as well in the rise of much simpler user interfaces than traditional forms and buttons
