Love the concept! So many potential deals get lost because we don’t follow up at the right time. Does Andsend personalize its recommendations based on past interactions?

Kevin Östlin

@alexandr_deev1 Awesome, that's exactly the reaction we'd hope for!

Absolutely, it does personalize, and you can prompt your "Playbooks" to do more or less of it as well. Andsend is continuous of yours and your customer's company/product/service, both of your linkedin profiles, and other public resources about them/their business in your crm or across the web. Together with your conversation history, the context get pretty powerful for efficient outreach.

What do you think, is persoalization you have been looking for in other similar tools?

Daria Kovalova

No more cold outreach? Sign me up! 🤯 Leveraging existing connections for sales makes so much sense. How does Andsend ensure its suggested messages don’t sound too automated?

Filip Kalkan

@daria_kovalova For a lot of people the best opportunities are already inside your own network, especially as the onslaught of cold outreach stops people from even reading what you have to say if you don't have an existing relationship!

A key part of Andsend is that you are always in control of what is being sent since you are the one actually reviewing the messages and pressing send, ensuring you are always in control of your own voice! (On top of us trying our hardest to talk and think like you of course 😉)

Hussein

This sounds like a game-changer for relationship-driven sales! 🔥 Love the idea of leveraging existing connections instead of relying on cold outreach.

Also, props for the "excavator for opportunities" analogy—great way to frame it. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves! 🚀

I've been using AndSend the last few months and really love it. It's especially powerful when you start getting really intentional with how you want to segment and engage with your existing network. Excited to see it launch here!

Kevin Östlin

@john_matson Thanks a lot John! Appreciate your support as a beta user over the past months 👏

Congrats for the launch@Andsend Team! I found your positioning particularly relevant; I trust a legion of small businesses and freelancers who are not comfortable with "selling" and sales messaging will love your CRM!

Kevin Östlin

@denis_sigal Thanks so much! Really glad that you resonate with the positioning!

Interesting tool, been exploring it and had a few suggestions:

1. Could you Include a job hunt playbook or a follow-up with ex clients. Ideally just outsource the playbooks and give credits for the popular ones :-)

2. An option to add stuff beyond a website link-just plain text or docs are also fine. Eg many freelancers use linkedin but may not have a website

3. A way to add substack, audio podcast link which are automatically fetched so when I message I can give that context-sales isnt just one way ,its about connecting to what both of us identify with

4.Finding contacts from my linkedin list seems hard .It's just picking up the recent ones.Beyond finding and copy pasting one at a time is there a simple way-example a way for me to define the theme or playbook for the contacts.

5.I often write for marketing and business publications and would love to find a way to connect and engage with journalists who I have spoken to. Can the system connect specific email contacts to their linkedin ids?

Such a cool concept and something that I've needed for a long time.

The team is responsive to my questions so I can't wait to give this a proper rest run!

Interesting to see where my friend @per_Clingweld will disrupt the sales network management space. Good stuff!

Andsend is tackling one of the biggest inefficiencies in sales—wasting time on cold outreach when warm opportunities are already in your network. The idea of an intelligent messenger that connects Email, LinkedIn, and CRM in one place is a game-changer for sales, account management, and business development.

The ability to identify matching opportunities, draft personalized replies, and suggest timely follow-ups is exactly what professionals need to close more deals without the usual manual grind. Love how Andsend keeps you in control while handling the heavy lifting—less time spent on admin, more time on real conversations.

Turning an existing network into the only source of revenue? That’s a powerful shift. Can’t wait to see how this transforms the way sales teams and freelancers engage with their connections!

This looks useful — I like the idea of helping people manage follow-ups across email and LinkedIn without turning it into another heavy CRM.

One thing I’m curious about: how do you keep outreach personal when AI is helping draft the messages? For freelancers, creators, and small teams, tone and context can be just as important as timing.
