@kwadwoadu @jakob_knutzen1 curious how you navigate that from a contractor / employee perspective / how you keep things standardized given the multitude of different cultures / potentially nations with various holidays etc? Typically we'd all observe one calendar (US CAD etc.) - Curious how ya'll navigate that.

@dzaitzow Our team can choose to follow either the Danish calendar or their local one. We’re a small team, so we just coordinate month by month or week by week if anyone needs time off—whether it’s for personal matters, public holidays, etc.

Hey Jakob! Curious to know—how big of a role does churn play in your growth strategy? Do you feel confident you’ve nailed down the top churn drivers in your product or are you still in discovery mode when it comes to reducing them? What’s been the biggest eye-opener for you so far?

@jmarten Churn is everything. If you don't nail how to fix churn, you'll just be pouring water into a leaking bucket. For Scenes, we haven't yet identified the biggest churn driver - still early days!
