I'm Daniel, co-founder of Outcome. My background is in recruitment and organizational development at TED, Canada Drives, and Spring Financial in Canadian fintech - which is where I picked up what I do now: building teams and operations that keep up with a product as it scales. At Outcome, we turn what creators and coaches teach into a personal, AI-generated result for every lead - not a static quiz result or a generic PDF, but something built from their real expertise and each person's real answers. I work closely with my co-founder Dylan Jones, who co-founded ClickFunnels, turning that into something creators use to grow their list and convert their audience. Our shared goal: make content feel personal at scale, instead of the same result for everyone.
