Definitely some big pros and cons! On the pro side, being fully remote saves money on office space, allows hiring talent from anywhere, and can boost productivity by eliminating commutes. Biggest cons are probably maintaining company culture, collaborating across time zones, and fostering team bonding. Curious what tools you use to keep everyone connected and aligned?

Have there been moments where user requests clashed with your roadmap, and if so, how did you handle them? Oh, and speaking of tools for productivity and collaboration, I work on pdf to pdf.ai—an OCR tool that keeps the layout of scanned documents intact, shrinks file sizes, and helps teams streamline workflows.
