Airbook AI connects to your CRMs, marketing, support, and product databases - understands your schema, auto-writes SQL, joins across sources, creates charts, builds dashboards, and activates workflows - In one place, on command.
Hi Product Hunt - Weβre Hoshang & Vishal from Airbook - An AI native workspace to do all your analytics work in one place.
Airbook automatically syncs, cleans and centralizes all your data scattered across HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, Zendesk, Stripe, Postgres, Snowflake and more - You can then use Airbook AI to build powerful interactive reports and unified dashboards.
Our AI is schema-aware -It understands your fields, relationships, and can auto-build queries across sources with context. You can join sources like HubSpot + Salesforce + Snowflake for example. Every query it generates is editable, so you always stay in control. From there, you can prompt it build a dashboard for you or trigger workflows to push data into Customer IO, Clay, and more.
We built Airbook after years of leading data and ops at high-growth startups, where every question β insight β action flow involved bouncing between ETL scrips, CSV exports, warehouse queries, SQL Notebooks, BI tools, docs, decks and more. GTM, Ops, and Data teams were chasing the same answers, but each lived in totally different tools. Weβve now seen dev workflows evolve fast - Cursor, Claude, Copilot - but analytics still feels like itβs stuck.
Airbook is the common meeting point: one place to explore, present, and activate data, using interfaces you already know how to use - SQL, pointβandβclick, and now AI.
Three ways to work:
1. SQL IDE for technical folks
2. No-code builder for business users
3. AI assistant for both
Analytics and Ops teams use Airbook for deep dives, data exploration, quick answers, and cross-functional reporting. And because itβs collaborative, business teams can self-serve insights using the no-code builder too.
Teams also use Airbook to build segments by joining data from tools like Postgres, Amplitude, HubSpot and then trigger a workflow to push these segments to growth tools (Customer IO, Clay etc.) and launch campaigns instantly.
Here are some examples of what you can ask our AI:
πΊΒ Help me build a full funnel report from Traffic (GA4) β Leads (HubSpot) β Opportunities (SFDC) β Revenue (Stripe) with monthly conversion rates | *Funnel Reporting*
πΊΒ Traffic spiked in December, help me identify which sources caused this and whether it led to increased leads and opportunities | *Exploration*
πΊΒ Build a segment of enterprise trial signups who created at least 1 project, requested pricing info, and remain in the 'Qualification' stage in HubSpot | *Segmentation*
πΊΒ Create customer health scores by combining revenue, support interactions and product usage to identify potential churn risks | *Scoring Models*
We just launched a freemium plan - connect to a database and start using Air AI. You also get a 14-day free trial with full access. And with our MCP, you can build on Airbook or fetch insights straight from your favorite AI tool.
Your feedback shapes our roadmap so over to you now - whatβs the first report or workflow youβd build with Air AI, how smooth (or bumpy) was the setup, and what could we do better? Share your honest thoughts - friction points, dream features, mustβhave integrations - in the comments. We're super excited to hear from you!
Happy Building!

@hoshang_mΒ Congratulations on the launch! I've seen the journey of Airbook from early days and definitely this release looks super promising!
@hoshang_mΒ Congrats on the launch, wishing you much success. Data was important before 2022 (pre-chatgpt), and it is still relevant and needed now more than ever as companies and leaders try to determine if their tools are needed. Great work!
So much work must have went into this :) Congratulations, guys! Do you integrate with DataFa.st? Also, can I visualise funnels? It's something that would be neat - I have a hard time doing that well with Google Analytics. And I don't really mean a very deep analysis, but rather well shown (i.e. clarity at a glance)
@heypausΒ Thanks for the kind words, Paul! π You can definitely plug in your GA4 data and just ask our AI to βbuild a funnel diagramβ - itβll do it on command. Weβre not limited to a fixed set of charts, so you can ask for anything from quick, clean visuals to more complex analyses. I will check with my team on the integration you requested.. shouldn't be too difficult to build :)
@heypausΒ Hi Paul, thanks for your appreciation π. As far as DataFa.st goes, you can recreate much of the same dashboard on Airbook provided you connect the relevant data sources (event tracking + your payments provider).
Auto-writing SQL and joining across all my sources in one place? Thatβs crazy smart, fr. Data headaches just disappeared lol. Makers are onto something big here!
@cruise_chenΒ Thanks, Cruise! π Exactly! The goal is to help teams get to insights fast, no matter where the data lives. And since you can always tweak what AI builds, you stay in control and can trust the results..
Huge congrats on the launch, team! Love how Airbook AI makes schema-aware querying and cross-source joins feel seamless...exactly what GTM and ops teams need to move from insight to action fast. The SQL editability + dashboard prompts are clutch.
Excited to share that weβre launching on the same day! π
@niladri_hazraΒ Thank you for your support and best of luck for your launch :)

Congrats on the launch, @hoshang_m@vishalbajaj Iβve felt that pain of bouncing between 6 different tools just to answer one simple data question, so the idea of Airbook as a single place is super appealing. Love the fact itβs can actually join sources without me doing the CSV shuffle.
Quick question: When the AI pulls data from different sources, how does it deal with mismatched fields or different levels of detail? Does it give you a heads-up that something might not line up, or do you usually have to spot that yourself?
@lina_huchokΒ Thanks Lina! Yes, the AI understands your schema so it has knowledge of your fields, relationships, and data types - it even knows what kind of data typically lives where. Most of the time, it can give you a solid head start. If itβs unsure, itβll ask you for more context before running the analysis, so youβre not left guessing. All the queries it generates are fully editable, so if needed you can also manually edit and run those queries. Also, the more detailed your prompt is, the better it performs. What kind of analyses are you looking to build and across what kind of datasources? Happy to show you a demo.

do you plan to integrate CRM besides Slaesforce, Hubspot?
@igorsorokinuaΒ yes we also integrate with databases and data warehouses like Postgres and BigQuery, and over 150 business applications like Zendesk, Google Analytics, Zoho and so on. You can find the list of integrations here - https://www.airbook.io/integrations
@sentry_coΒ Coming very soon π Weβre adding a Slack assistant powered by our AI - itβll connect to your sources, build reports on command, and share them right in Slack.
@hoshang_mΒ Thats what I need. Dashboards are great but they need to live where the team is! And thats slack. We have like 2-3 GA4 slack bots but they are π and never give us relevant analytics π
@sentry_coΒ Agree! We want the Slackbot to not just share clear insights, but also explain the logic behind the numbers so you can always trust what youβre seeing. Happy to connect and show how we're thinking about this!
@hoshang_mΒ I think also a 2 way slackbot would be ideal. Like. You could talk to it. "Hey show me numbers for the last 3 days versus the same period 7 days ago."
@sentry_co Yes! Thatβs exactly how it will work. In addition to ad-hoc questions, it will also have the ability to build and keep a dashboard ready for you via Slack.
@nikitaeverywhere got it. We have those ready and live :)
Looking forward to having you try it out on your workspace!
Please feel free to let me know if I can help anywhere..
Airbook stands out from the many AI analysis tools I've encountered. The key insight is that to truly support complex analytical work, the platform itself must be built as a professional analysis platform first. Airbook nails this - it's not just another AI tool with a fancy interface, but a genuinely robust analytical foundation enhanced by AI capabilities.
@bieber_chenΒ Thank you! You nailed it - we built Airbook first as a professional-grade analytics platform for deep, cross-functional insights, then layered AI on top to make building them 10x faster and easier. Speed matters, but weβve always believed trust in the insights, visibility around how the numbers are calculated and have evolved over time matters even more.
We're built to make data and business teams at the forefront of the analytics chain. The AI layer removes the manual grind of writing SQL from scratch in five different tools, then building dashboards somewhere else, and finally making that data available in yet another place. With Airbook, it all happens in one workspace - collaboratively.
