the fact that you're offering conversational, not just one-way interviews, puts this ahead of the pack. Much more candidate-friendly

💎 Pixel perfection

This sounds really interesting, it's kind of like Mercor but in-depth into code? What has been the success rate of flagging cheating? Also, does it optimize for special-need individuals, for example people with lazy-eye might end up being flagged on the algorithm.

Mercor? No, we're better than that in terms of AI Interviews. We are coming up with our C2H Job portal soon like mercor.

Cheat flags - We use computer vision, video processing, text plagiarism, system tab changes, external monitors and more. As of now its 85% accurate (Better than human as he cannot identify if the candidate is cheating on a call).

Additionally we are coming up with an desktop app to tackle that remaining 15% leakages.

We are currently facing this issue of lazyeye as it gets detected on eye gazing. This comes within the 15%. Currently employers are flagging as false positive. But we are trying to tackle this with our desktop app.

Nice work, Hyring team 🙌 How do you handle situations where candidates might try to cheat or get external help?

Thanks! We use full proctoring during assessments and generate a detailed report highlighting any suspicious activity. It helps ensure a fair and trustworthy evaluation process.

We have this system in place. try out and let us know your feedback.

Great momentum! Keep it up

What’s next on the roadmap? Any hints? :)

We're launching "AI Phone Screener" agent next which does the initial screening before this AI Interviewing.

🎉 Congratulations on launching Hyring on Product Hunt ! 🚀 Your AI Interviewer module sounds like a game-changer for coding interviews. The ability to record video and flag cheating is really impressive—it not only ensures integrity but also provides invaluable insights for recruiters!

I love how you’ve integrated debugging and output prediction into the evaluation process.

One suggestion I have is to consider adding an interactive coding environment where candidates can write code in real-time during the interview. This could enhance the experience and provide even more data points for assessment!

Kudos to the team! I'd love to hear how you're thinking about expanding features in the future! 💬

Yes, please feel to use PH200 code for one month free

This is super interesting - especially for scaling teams. Is there any reporting or scoring after the interview, or do we watch the videos ourselves?

Great question! Yes, we provide a complete report after each interview — it includes the candidate’s approach, scoring across key skills, and a detailed proctoring summary. No need to watch the full video

There is a complete detailed report (attached sample) after the interview is over including the recorded video, technical evaluation, communication evaluation, cheat detection, etc.

I wouldn't want to work for a company using AI to interview and judge me, rather than take the time to do it themselves. As an employee, this would be a red flag.

This was the exact scenario few months back. Now 1 in 3 candidates are willing to take up an AI interview. 1. Our AI is more conversational, empathetic. 2. Our AI does not process personal data 3. We focus on the correctness of the answer than anything else Most importantly, candidates now get instant results and no more “we will get back to you soon”
hard sell

Great work team. Product features are smart. Wish you great sucess

Was much needed! esp post Covid the red flags have gone up.

Making interviews async, consistent, and data-rich is a major unlock — especially for early teams trying to scale fast without compromising on quality. The cheating detection and engagement signals are timely too. Curious how flexible the agent is across different tech stacks and problem types. Clean execution.
