Interesting tool. Appreciate especially that part with faking the interview. What has been the success rate with this tool? I mean – companies that already used it – were they satisfied with the candidates that were hired according to this process?

We've seen encouraging early results—companies have shared that they're more confident in the candidates they hire and are able to move faster in the process. We're still learning and improving, and we’ll be sharing more detailed results soon.

@surya_nagarajan1 I have read somewhere that it is more difficult to find people with real knowledge because they can fake their "wisdom" with AI. However, if this tool is precise in detecting fake applicants, it could help reduce the problem. :)

@busmark_w_nika Yes we can analyse fakes / cheating through checking the tab changes, plagiarism, eye gazing, confidence level through screen and video recording. So far, it's been 90% accurate.

Designing the Coding Interview experience was a fun (and slightly crazy) challenge 😅

I had to take something as technical and intense as a coding round — and turn it into a user experience that feels smooth, intuitive, and stress-free for both candidates and hiring teams.

Every detail mattered — from how questions appear to how feedback is shown, all shaped by a user-centered approach focused on clarity, comfort, and confidence.

Working closely with devs, founders, and HR folks gave me real insight into where candidate usually get stuck.
