Twitter open-sourced its algorithm at the end of last week.

If you want to know what it says but aren’t technical, the community shared some notes in the comments. Or, get ChatGPT to translate it. 

Being a coding whizz is no longer a barrier to building cool stuff. Many of us didn’t realize that when Github’s Copilot and OpenAI’s Codex launched two years ago, it was only a preview of how quickly AI would change software development. What’s exciting is that we’re still early.

While we can’t yet quite predict how app development will look five years from now, let’s not forget ChatGPT only came out last November and took two months to become the fastest-growing app in Internet history.
