For growth, community engagement, and more - what's your favorite and why?

Hi Hunters! As we step into this new year, many of us would find ourselves in a similar situation to mine. Should I stick to the existing product. platform. service or try a new social media tool/ platform/ product? I have used many platforms to create, schedule, manage social media posts, conversations and engagement. Each tool comes with its own set of Pro's and Cons. Some allow integration with CRM while some really have a cool analytics dashboard to help you do things with the help of data. Looking for recommendations on which social media tool is preferred by you/ your company. Would appreciate some suggestions.

I know it's a little late to be on Forbe's 30 under 30 lists. Because I've just started my entrepreneurial journey at 30 and built my first SaaS B2B product. As an engineer, building a product was easy. But, then comes Marketing. I've started exploring and started joining every community, where I can learn and share my growth practices. To name a few, I'm part of PH, IH, Reddit, Slack groups, FB groups, LN groups, and of course Twitter. My question to fellow PH Community folks is, How do you manage your time and what tools do you use to keep yourself present in every community you are a part of? Do you have a dedicated time slot for every community to engage with community folks?

They help you spread the word, support you in your launches on PH and similar platforms, and give you feedback on new features you add to your product . To Grow: Create engaging content Once you have your platform in place, focus on creating content that will engage your audience and encourage them to participate in discussions. This could include blog posts, videos, podcasts, or other types of content that provide value to your community members. Foster participation and engagement Encourage participation in your community by asking questions, starting discussions, and responding to comments and feedback from your members. You can also use incentives and rewards to encourage engagement, such as offering exclusive access to new features or discounts on your product. Promote on Public platforms There are various communities out there that might be interested in what you have to say or what you are building. Find what works for you. For SaaS products generally, some of the worthy platforms are:  Product Hunt, Hacker News, Indie Hacker, Reddit, Beta list, Beta page, Clrt Alt, Owwly, Micro startups, Startup base, Beta bound, Slant, SaaSHub, SaaSWorthy, StartupStash, AppSumo Creating a Freemium version The audience that you want to reach probably doesn t want anything to do with you. They are not your customers today. You need to convert them into your fans. One of the time-tested models to do that is Freemium. Many of the legendary SaaS companies that we know today leverage this tool to give people a taste of their product and then those people became their ambassadors to grow. Lastly, don t forget to:  Monitor and manage your community  Regularly monitor your community to ensure that discussions are staying on topic and that members are treating each other with respect. Currently, I promote my newsletter (curatedforfounders.com) in these communities where I have seen conversions: - Twitter (#buildinpublic hashtag seems helpful) - Product Hunt - Beehiiv community (for newsletter) - My existing email list (on mailer lite) - Indiehackers (got very less traction in my experience) I know there are so many communities /platforms, but most are dead or have a very low active user base. Do you know of any other community that founders can use to share their work / promote their products and get new prospects?
