Joined my first startup in 1997 as a first in region (APAC) sales engineer. I was hooked. Although I've done a couple of stints in big corporate along the way (one because the startup became a big corporate) I've been involved with startups in some way ever since. Have been an early employee, early executive, angel and advisory board member. Most excited about being a First Time Founder right now...finally. When not working on intribe I like to play squash, go rock climbing and travel off the beaten track.

Why do you work at a startup?

Hey hunters! There are a lot of startupers here. And it is interesting for me why people choose to work for a startup. Personally, I like opportunity to learn something new everyday. My work is quite flexible so my responsibilities could change. And I really like it! What about you? Why have you decided to work at a startup? What is your favorite part of working for a startup?
