From what I am seeing across communities, here is what the tool stack looks like right now.
Email & Capture: Mailchimp for launch updates and email sequences . Carrd for quick, clean launch-specific landing pages . Pre-launch tools like LaunchBuddy and Prefundia to build a waitlist and gather early feedback before you even hit the Product Hunt button .
Social & Scheduling: Buffer or Hootsuite to keep a consistent presence across X, LinkedIn, and Threads without it taking over your entire day . Canva for generating graphics that do not look like you threw them together in five minutes .

Vokal got #2 product of the day and #7 of the week, and we now have 100+ signups from startups and teams. In general, people seem excited to try it out to up-level their teams to agent native.
Now I m trying to figure out the next step: how do we scale this beyond manual founder-led work?
I ve been writing posts, sharing content, and doing outreach manually, but it s starting to feel like a constant drain and a bottleneck. I ve been looking into tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay.
For people who have used any of these: what has your experience been? Which ones are actually worth it at an early stage?

There are products I keep using when launching on Product Hunt -- products that help me craft beautiful assets, plan content distribution, and analyze results.
Here's my personal collection. How about you? What's your stack?

ChatGPT now has 800M+ weekly active users and processes 2.5 billion prompts per day. It's the 6th most visited website globally.
Perplexity, Claude, Gemini - they're all growing fast too.
What I'm curious about: Are any of you actually seeing customers/signups coming from these platforms?
Like, are people asking ChatGPT "what's the best [your category]" and then actually finding their way to your product?

Hey all - I see a lot of posts here (and even more on Reddit + founder forums) about working with influencers and creators. Why? Well, they control attention, and we all need it!
I used to run creators at adidas (there it s anyone from an artist to an athlete to an influencer). After that I was at TikTok (where creators = the product - without them, the algo has nothing to match).

According to Neil Patel's data about influencer marketing, newsletter/email is the most effective channel when it comes to ROI (attached infographics; source)
But not so many influencers own newsletters; in most cases, only social media channels.

Hi everyone,
We re looking for beta users for our AI video tool BrewVideo. As it's a tool build for creating product videos and explainers, our primary audience is marketers, especially product marketers at this stage. So I m looking to connect with marketing communities where they go to share challenges, get help, or stay up to date with trends.
Personally, I rely a lot on podcasts (which don t help in this case ), LinkedIn through my network, and some Reddit communities like r/growthhacking. But I d love to expand our reach - what marketing communities do you follow or recommend? Many thanks!

When I tried running my first Meta ad campaign, it took me 6 hours of messing around with copy, creatives, and Ads Manager before I finally got it live. The whole process felt so complicated to just get one measly ad out.
That pain led me to start building Marketbit, a SaaS tool designed to help founders launch ads in minutes, without needing a marketing degree:
Generate AI-powered ad copy and creatives
quality checks to avoid compliance issues
One-click campaign deployment (no dashboard required)
AI-powered analytics that translate marketing jargon to human language

I've been in social media marketing for nearly five years, but with AI advancing, I suspect my role in ad setup may soon become unnecessary.
I used to set up promo campaigns manually using native platform tools (which already applied some AI, like automated texts or ad placement, viz. Facebook Business Manager).

The marketing landscape feels completely different than it was even two years ago. Social media algorithms are harder to crack, paid ads are getting more expensive, and everyone's fighting for attention in the same spaces.
Some people swear by TikTok and short-form content. LinkedIn seems to work for B2B but feels oversaturated. Twitter is either dead or thriving depending on who you ask.
