Tracking your brand in LLMs

Everyone is hyping up GEO as the new SEO. Honestly? They’re just merging.

But hype aside, if you aren't tracking how ChatGPT or Perplexity cite your product, you're flying blind.

What tools are you actually using to monitor your brand's AI visibility right now?

Honestly this is the part most people still underestimate...

A lot of teams are still treating AI visibility like a side experiment while users are already discovering products through ChatGPT and Perplexity recommendations.

We’ve been using citehq.ai internally lately and the biggest difference is just being able to track prompts, citations, and competitor mentions in one place instead of manually checking responses all day.

Hi Sebastian.

Personally I´m using 2 tools. Crecerank and Peec.ai. Both are exceptional in testing prompts in LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and also Google SGE.

It's hard but I can check directly on google analytics what's driving traffic to my website, and in App Store Connect where are visits and downloads coming from, even across apps.

We're using CreceRank, Profound and Peec AI in that order.

Google last article definitely showed they are merging.
For now, we check manually and continue using SEO tools

@sap_uy there are more and more tools on the market, and most only tell you if you're cited (and don't tell you what to actually fix).

Anyway, a couple of things that can help getting cited are:

  1. Get listed on G2 and Capterra.

  2. Presence on Reddit and LinkedIn

I am personally building in this space, and I will launch VisibAI at the end of June. Happy to answers any questions.

I do things by hand for the part. I ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude questions that my buyers would ask. I want to see if we come up and what people say about us. This way is not very efficient. It shows me what a potential customer would really see.

The tools we have are not very advanced yet. I am interested, in what you have learned that actually works, besides searching for our own company name. Are you also keeping track of what people say about our competitors or just what they say about our company?
