    Carrd

Simple, responsive, one-page sites for pretty much anything.

I would build a really simple personal website using Carrd (try to buy LeePreslan.com or something similar to use) and showcase all your projects there along with some information about yourself. Then, post links to your website EVERYWHERE especially LinkedIn, Github, and Twitter. On Github, make sure to have very detailed ReadMe's along with screenshots and/or a video walkthrough on YouTube of your project.

Post your projects on Product Hunt and add the PH page to your portfolio! Employers would love to see that people actually like and use a project you've worked on.

It is hard to say what platform is the best as all of them have pros and cons. In case you don't have much experience, I recommend to check the website builders for online portfolio on http://www.beautifullife.info/we.... They have great features and allow to create a beautifully designed site. Hopefully, this information will be useful for you!

Try CodersRank. A cool thing that you just connect your digital footprints (GitHub, GitLab, Stackoverflow accounts) and then you see a result.
