What is your Ultimate team management tool?

I'm managing large teams developing software & hardware and was wondering what would you suggest for good feature prioritisation, management, performance and cost tracking.

Shelf is a great knowledge base for teams - you can customize folders and badges, allow varied access levels, and easily find all your documents. Also great searchability and web clipper tool.

Our team uses Yack.net to send and receive messages and files. We have our clients on too who each have their own Organization that they can invite specific members too to collaborate with, without having to switch accounts or platforms. Each of our team members are connected to the right companies which is all organised under one roof. Additionally, we record all our calls, so everyone can see what they need to do. The calls are automatically transcribed via the software and later on we can search through the messages to see what was said in the calls. It's pretty clever really!

I believe a great teamwork starts with making sure that everyone clearly knows what’s going on well and what can be improved. So, although biased, I think you should take a look at Teambit - it’s a single product that helps you create a high performing culture by making feedback, in all its forms, a daily habit. By using it, you’ll be able to inform your team’s processes, the use of other tools and make sure you all are indeed aligned.
