What are the best crowdfunding platforms?

What experience do you have with crowdfunding platforms, be it investing on them or running campaigns on them? Where you success as an entrepreneur on these platforms or unsuccessful? Was the company you invested in successful in filling their goal? What did you like about their campaign which made you invest? Anything stories about your experiences with crowdfunding would be highly appreciated!

    My favorite is Kickstarter, all of the products I've funded delivered except for one that was called Polygon which was a measuring spoon

    It's not the best imo, I think Kickstarter is better but it was already mentioned. This would be the 2nd best. There are some criticisms of it though, particularly with Flex Funding where creators still get paid if their funding isn't reached. Also, the quality of products may not be as high as Kickstarter and probability of scams may be higher.
