What is the best app for creating visual PDF ebooks?

I'm looking for an app (web or Mac) that can create pretty PDF files for the purpose of creating visual ebooks with ease of use. I plan to add a heavy amount of graphics in addition to the text. I don't need the Kindle format but that can be a bonus.

    Document 365
I'd go with Document 365 - I've used it recently for something similar for a school project, and it turned out pretty great. Document 365 is meant specifically for working with PDFs and doing all kinds of editing on all platforms and devices. It was easy to learn/use, I got a handle on things within a few hours of downloading it and I'm still a big fan today, although I don't work with PDFs as often anymore, I still use it occasionally for PDF file conversion, annotating and splitting/merging PDFs on my phone. It works pretty well amd the features that come with this software are definitely useful in a lot of cases when it comes with doing PDF work
I used Document365 for creating a PDF e-book for a work project. It was fairly easy and I'm still using the PDF Reader app for working with PDFs.
