    • Makes it super easy to invoice in a beautiful simple way that clients love. Offering credit card, PayPal and bank ACH payments really feels like it helps me get paid faster and looks professional. It's also a breeze to confirm that I've received payment and is helpful to get reminders of outstanding invoices. Love hearing the chime when money rolls in.

      UPDATE

Can't believe I forgot to mention the support crew. I'm so used to banking/financial apps making service an afterthought. Whenever I have a question or issue they're on it within minutes and always eager to help.

I've tried every time-tracking/invoicing app there is for freelancers, but when I finally tried AND CO I was instantly sold!

Both the web app and mobile app are a delight to use. They are fast and just work without any hiccups. The features are great and have helped me save a ton of time on admin work. Sending an invoice or a contract is a breeze. You also get a real, live human to ask for help! Need to invoice a client? Have a question about your taxes? Simply send a message to your CO and they will always have your back!

Their dev team is also great! I requested a couple features and they were released within a few weeks. That showed me that the team at AND CO listen to their customers and give me confidence to use this app for the long-term.

It's not often that I fall in love with an app. AND CO is the exception. Highly recommended.

    Nintendo Switch

Nintendo's new console for the home and your hands 👾

My neglect of my Wii U was borderline criminal, but I've atoned for my error by spending a ton of time with my Switch. I think it's far from being a perfect gaming console, but it does the things it's trying to do really well by offering powerful enough gaming in a home system that you can take on the go. I'm excited about the upcoming games coming out this year and beyond.

The Switch is the most fun device I've ever had. It's screen, despite being only 720p, has been plenty decent; I have spent most of my time playing in handheld mode. When docked and playing on a TV, the ability of the console to achieve 1080p at either 30 or 60 FPS is astounding, given its size. The flexibility offered by the Joy-Cons is great, and their ability to switch (ha!) between a PSP style handheld, Wii style motion controls, and a conventional game console controller offers great freedom, especially when games support more than one or even all of those configurations. It also offers a way to have 2 players play on the console without even ordering additional controllers.

Overall, the Switch is an incredibly fun device, with great games in its library, that has a lot of potential. It strikes a great balance between many different types of gaming without sacrificing its potential to be great in any area.

The Nintendo Switch has become the most played console in my house. This is partly because of the great games that have come out for it and partly because it was made for you to keep playing. In the evenings, I can just pick it up off the dock and keep playing Splatoon 2 in bed. I actually use the handheld mode fairly often; even around my house. The resolution of its screen isn't great, but none of the games released so far have high end graphics so it's not too much of a problem. The battery life isn't awesome, but you can get about 3 hours of game time out of it. It won't last for long flights, but it'll hold up around the house or bringing it in to the office. I highly recommend this. I would also suggest splurging and getting a pro controller with it. Definitely worth it.

The templates help me create my slides easily and in no-time. I like the big preview of the templates which makes it easy to decide which one fits my needs best.

Now that this car is in production, I'd bank on my favorite product of 2017 being the Tesla Model 3. I'm in awe of how fast the Tesla team has moved in terms of autonomous driving and their path to a mass market EV.

Unfortunately this is a car that is not compatible with my garage lift at home. The weight of the batteries makes it too heavy for my garage lift. Really disappointed as this was the only battery operated car that is available now and looks good. I guess it is waiting for the e-Mini to arrive. :(
