As a Product Manager, what are the best tools for managing your backlog/ thoughts/ roadmapping?

As a product manager, I find it challenging to keep up with all the ideas and things-to-do.

Hi Mohammad, you're pretty much describing productboard! Consolidate all your user feedback in one place, capture feature ideas, prioritize what to build next, and share your roadmap. You can even collect upvotes and feedback on your ideas and share what you've recently launched to keep your user community informed. It's the product management solution of choice at modern user-centered companies like Invision, Zendesk, and Envoy! Get started for free at http://productboard.com. Hope that helps!

I've tried everything on the market and ProductBoard is the ONLY one that has stuck. I live in it every day. I've got Zapier zaps sucking in feedback from all over the place, and now with the Feedback Portal they unveiled, I'm able to provide transparency internally without frying non-dev non-designers minds with making them go into Jira (or even Trello I've found is TMI/confusing for people).

We've been using productboard to build our MVP and it helped us to get everybody on the team on board with what we're building and kept us focused. I love that productboard helped us also gather feedback from different sources (Intercom, emails and various conversations) so now we're processing the user feedback and planning our next product improvements - all in one tool. That's just the best!

    Organize anything, together

This is quite a useful tool, and it is very generic and flexible to solve a lot of problems your mentioned. Try it out.

Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.

As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.

Trello has helped me organize my projects for a while now. Since I work as a software engineer. An example of my boards is sort of where I create tasks then I classify them according to their current position on the sprint. For example I have tasks in different cards such as Icebox, Backlog, Current Iteration and Done. I have set deadlines all ranging from 2 weeks to someday :(. Overall a great product!

In my team, PMs use Jira for all these.

Check out Roadmap 2.0. I like their philosophy of making roadmaps public and directly bringing user feedback from your product as an idea that you can turn into a priority on your roadmap.
