What are your favourite tools for community managers?
I run online and offline communities, and.invariably I hit the challenges of where to communicate, how to organise events, visualising the network, sharing knowledge and more.
I find slack useful but limited for communities Vs teams. What I see as the main difference, is that people in communities often a) don't know one another, b) don't always have shared work to do together.
