What are some good growth hacking tools for social media?

We started using tweetfavy and manageflitter recently and were looking for similar (or just that can help us with growth hacking on social media) for other platforms! We're currently on Facebook, Instagram, G+ and Pinterest. Friendly tips also gladly accepted!
