    Intercom

Communicate personally with every single customer.

This will sound strange but actually just talking to customers on live chat is a great way to know what's going on.

Been using this a lot, the widget feels friendly enough for any customer to simply reach out if there's any problem - makes sure you end up hearing about pain points on your product!

    HotJar Insights

See how visitors are really using your website.

If you want to "see" what your customers are doing rather than speak to them, then go for a tool like Hotjar.

Yep, I use this one a lot as well. People can say one thing, but do another. They may say they miss some information, but on Hotjar you may see that they just don't scroll down any further. Very useful!

Although some things definitely can be improved (especially validating dynamic forms), I love the way how forms are displayed.

When filling in surveys, I like Typeforms the best, so if I would need to send out a survey, I would probably use this as well.

Great product! A cool idea to add to the product would be for it to show you the percentage of people who clicked each emoji for that page after voting (like Twitter polls).
