    Salesflare CRM

Intelligent sales CRM for startups who thrive on technology

Salesflare is an intelligent sales CRM that works and thinks for you instead of the other way around. What? Well, it does everything CRM usually do, but automatically. It automatically fills out address books by pulling data from email, email signatures, social media and company databases. It keeps track of all interactions with leads and customers. These include emails, phone calls, email opens, link clicks, website visits and meetings from your calendar. You just have to write the emails and have the coffee.

    • I've used so many CRMs in the past, and have also looked at lots of others too. I was first attracted to Salesflare by the clean design and ease of use, but then was very impressed with just how powerful it is. It integrates so well with Gmail, that it just became a natural extension of how I work. Also the developers have been offering great support too. I highly recommend Salesflare.

    Trello

    Organize anything, together

I use it as a managing tool for a startup that I'm running to keep track of everyone's tasks. I'm also working with elected officials at the state level who even use the tool to keep track of constituent concerns

Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.

As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.

Trello has helped me organize my projects for a while now. Since I work as a software engineer. An example of my boards is sort of where I create tasks then I classify them according to their current position on the sprint. For example I have tasks in different cards such as Icebox, Backlog, Current Iteration and Done. I have set deadlines all ranging from 2 weeks to someday :(. Overall a great product!

I've been using HubSpot CRM since it was in Beta and it's really matured into a powerful CRM. I do pay for the Sales Pro tools which unlock a lot of power. There are some limitations however that make it a bad fit, you can read more about those in this review - https://www.techsmartboss.com/blog/top-things-you-should-know-about-the-limitations-of-hubspot-crm-with-workarounds/

I applied for the program through Start-Up Chile accelerator for my startup.

It is a bad product, it lacks of quality, features and it is expensive. That is ok, you have the choice to deliver bad quality as I have the choice to find other solution.

But I can not cancel hubspot account, now we are attached to a 12month contract per agent without any advert. I'm watching how they take my money every month even when I am not using it, and i begging them to cancel my account, they refuse.

Keep away from hubspot for startups, this is more a SCAM than a support program.

I'd suggest giving Freshsales a spin. A full-featured CRM that has a free plan for upto 10 agents. Comes with a ton of features, lots of integrations and is backed by one of the best support teams in the business.

I used Pipedrive for a while but Freshsales is so much faster and the user interface, automations and built in email tracking meant I could retire a few other products.

    Groove

    Simple online help desk

I haven't used it myself, but I'm a big fan of their blog where Alex Turnbull shares his startup journey in a very transparent way. It has all of the features you would expect from a CRM tool and is pretty affordable compared to more traditional solutions.

Sellf is a hybrid CRM that offers access to most if not all of a CRMs expected features via Mobile App, Browser, OS, Slack, and whatever else you want via Zapier; Sellf installs instantly and is ready to use on any major platform PC, tablet, or smartphone. If you already use Slack then I urge you to consider Sellf even more-so because Sellf can be closely integrated with and operated from within Slack. Sellf allows for a ton of integrations, see them at http://sellfapp.com/integrations/ In addition to this Sellf did win "Most Innovative App of 2015" I've used Sellf with Slack, and I must say, it works Flawlessly
