What is the best service to store images for my web or mobile applications?

I need a service in which I can store images and of course be able to fetch them and get quick responses from the server.

We use AWS S3 too. Make sure you know (and limit?) how much data you need to transfer in advance. We were surprised when a large bill hit us one month.

AWS s3 is really going to be the best for storage.

The Image URL API is the heart of the imgix service.

For PH we store images on S3 and then put imgix in front of them. Highly recommend if you need on-the-fly image processing (resize, format, quality, color, cropping...etc...).
