Zoom is my favorite. Works really well with large groups. Desktop app and mobile apps are great as well. I use the iOS app pretty often to jump on calls while on the go.
Zoom is easy, free and you can use it on the phone or tablet or iPad or laptop and you can cal into meetings as well

Loved Zoom. Not as buggy as Hangouts and much easier to use compared to the Cisco products. Works well on relatively low bandwidth as well.

Even I recommend Zoom for professional conferences but if you are looking for something more casual and fun than you might love Houseparty
