What's the best product for creating in-app surveys?
I'm looking for something with an Intercom-style widget that I can use to survey users in our product. I would want to tie the responses to my user records. Ideally, the product lets me programmatically trigger specific surveys using JS and only asks a sample of the total audience. Even better if it's beautiful and lets me customize the colors to my brand's colors. And also preferably the thing only shows up on the page when there is a survey being asked and otherwise is non-existent in my UI.

Great targeting features like navigation based, time-based, user behaviour based, etc. It also has in-app embeddable feedback widget that feels like a part of your app's native design to capture real-time feedback from the users.
