Only creates a Delaware corp so might be too heavy for your use, but this is the only thing out there doing this automatically.
IMHO, go partner with a local law firm who does transactions to get free or low-cost LLC's setup for winners, etc. or an individual attorney who can donate time for exposure and have some other sponsor cover the filing fee....
