What's the easiest way for a non-designer to learn Sketch?

Any videos, classes or people I should watch, attend or speak with?

Design and code a Swift 4 app using Sketch 40+ and Xcode 9.

This is quite a good book/course. As I always say to anyone willing to learn a new tool. You should not learn Sketch, what is the point of knowing how to use a hammer if you have no nails to hammer? Define precisely what you want to achieve then identify exactly what part of Sketch you would need to learn first. In any case this course is great !
