I have 3 question need to you help me: 1. Do you make a to do list every day? 2. What tool are you using ? 3. What problems do you have during the practice of this habit? Thank you for your help. I'd love to hear you !!!
- If you are looking for something more than just a standard to-do list, try Tonkean. For each item on your list, you would build the workflow out in the platform and Tonkean can help you execute them. When you're needed to do something, the Tonkean Bot will nudge you and let you know, but if something is just applications and machines talking to each other, updating or syncing - Tonkean can handle all that. It's like an automation platform plus more. It works with you to finish things that need your human expertise and input. It's incredible!
- Pavel Kukhnavets made this productI'd say, improving time management skills is closely related to managing to-do lists. It is an essential time management tool every product manager or project manager need in their toolkit. A well-designed to-do list is like a habit. However, nowadays you may find smart and simple services and apps that replace pens and paper and provide managers with all needed features to organize their planning processes. One of these tools is a platform Hygger.io (https://hygger.io/ ) where you may plan, schedule, delegate and communicate all your daily issues and tasks.
- 2Things 3.0@khanhhungnguyen , here is my answer: 1. Yes, in the morning while i’m reading book, I will spend time to list all things what I have to do in today. One more time, after going to the office and daily meeting with the team, I will check again todo list of my day if anything changes. 2. Things 3 for todo list and Fantastial 2 for calendar and reminder. 3. Not really, but sometimes I lose focus in the day because of different reasons. One of the reasons I think the to-do list is just a list and it is not attached to the time that the job is done. And i think if everyone in the team has this habit, it's better than just a few.
