- Kunal Bhatiadesign @mercury · WrittenI love the design of Lattice and discovered them right here through Product Hunt. It feels super-light weight and is tuned to goal setting for teams. They also do performance reviews, check-ins, and peer feedback now.
- Kunal Bhatiadesign @mercury · WrittenBetterWorks is similar to Lattice and has rich integrations to other tools you use in your business. Making updates based on progress, learnings, and wins becomes easier with these integrations. Disclosure: I know Kris (@kduggan), the CEO at BetterWorks, from his time at previous companies. He is a fantastic guy, and the conference they are about to put on (https://www.goalsummit.com/) may have some helpful tips outside of selecting a tool.
- Alex PotrivaevProduct Designer, Maker · WrittenAlex Potrivaev made this productKeeping a product lightweight, while still helping you holistically manage your team’s performance, was one of the key ideas we’ve had for Teambit. It helps you create a more high performing culture with feedback, praise, surveys and reviews that can be integrated into your workflow via Slack and email. It's super easy to get started, but I'll also be happy to help you set everything up.

- 1ProProfs Knowledge BaseAngela WhiteProduct Analyst at ProProfs · WrittenWe have been using ProProfs Survey Maker to collect regular performance feedback from our employees. It has helped us analyze the overall performance of our teams and business in general. You can choose from an interesting array of survey templates like employee satisfaction surveys, employee engagement surveys, employee performance surveys, 360-degree employee evaluation surveys, and so on. With these surveys, you can understand employees' motivation to work, workplace challenges, career growth prospects, etc. The best part is that you can readily customize your surveys and add your own images and logos to give a personalized touch. Also, by adding polls, scores, and quizzes to your surveys, you can make it more engaging. I hope this information is sufficient for you to get started.
