cool product! How does this integrate a testing phase to iterate through headlines, formats, and body copy cheaply, then optimize and scale spend based on hard testing data?

I did a standard PDF lead magnet. It's got a ton of valuable content, but honestly I think people are so numb to those these days and you need something more creative. It can work, but even with good content and great landing page copy, it's tough to make it a meaningful lead generator. I got MANY more leads when blasting the PDF lead magnet out in cold email campaigns. I did NOT include it in...

I have a 2 step order flow. When someone clicks "buy", they are redirected to step 1, which is a short form. But when this form loads, the payment form pre-loads off screen, so that when they click "continue", the payment form displays instantly. This reduced churn related to annoyingly long load times. If they are still scared by the price and bounce, there's nothing you can do other than test...

congrats this is great! what's keeping you from spending $100 testing a few ad copies and adding some growth that way? it's probably a net positive ROI when you consider the short amount of time in which you'll get feedback/users

i agree with most of the comments here. would just add that surface-level diligence (relative to other asset classes like private equity) is largely a function of 2 things: VC math demands investing a small amount across a huge number of companies (each with a low individual likelihood of success). This limits the amount of diligence they can do on any one company. They're mostly betting on...

i recorded 70+ free video pitch deck reviews to build social proof for roastmysaaspitchdeck.com. now cold traffic is converting much better and faster than it would if I didn't put in that time up front.

The biggest productivity benefit of remote work for me is being able to separate deep work and calls. I'm sharpest before noon, so I block that for more intense work, and take zero calls. I book ALL calls between 1 and 3pm. If they can't fit, I push them to the next day. Immeasurable positive impact to my productivity.

I'm deep in paid ads strategy right now. I completely agree with your "faster, clearer direction" point. It's a no brainer if you know how to use them. Yes, I look at the meta ad library and have a swipe file of my favorite formats and copy Yes, WAY more impact than SEO I barely focus on SEO until a product is already cranking. It just takes too long and is a poor use of up-front time. It's...
