Hi Anthony, thank you for your review! They main ways Relay goes beyond the traditional trigger-action tools are:
(1) The ability to add human-in-the-loop controls (like [automation] approvals or data inputs) as part of otherwise fully automated workflows
(2) Multiplayer, as you pointed out. Collaboratively edit workflows with team members, allowing you to "assign" automations to specific people based on a Role. For example, in an automated customer onboarding workflow, you probably want to send a personalized welcome email from the Gmail/Outlook account of the specific CSM that's assigned to this customer
(3) One-click AI assistance – whilst other tools let you add an "OpenAI" automation that uses your own credentials to send a prompt, Relay offers AI assistance built-in for common actions like data extraction, summarization or input classification. And of course we also have an OpenAI automation to go crazy with your own prompts.
