It's AI, so sometimes what works all day suddenly has an issue, so you have to choose the right model and have good instructions.

The AI flow builder is pretty helpful - it can get you most of the way there building a flow, even if you don't know the underlying architecture of the services you are connecting.

Yes, workflows can be triggered by custom events - for example, when I add specific labels in Gmail it kicks off specific flows.

It hasn't gone down, but as I already mentioned the underlying AI models can sometimes not work well for specific subtasks - even though they functioned perfectly a dozen times earlier.
