It's a simple tool and pretty effective. Super stable and trustful. The only problem is the pricing, since there are cheaper tools in the market.

MailChimp is slowly becoming unsuitable for a wide range of businesses... First of all, the free feature is not efficient anymore. Way too limited. Moreover, the interface for creating and designing newsletters has become more and more user-unfriendly... Don't know where you're headed but I personally don't like it.

Very dynamic. Loads of options. Highly customizable. Can overwhelm you at times with various options.

simple tool, quit effective. But not the most optimized or cost friendly solution. Gets the job done.

While the platform has a lot of design options, the only downside is the limited opportunity for customization of the final email, meaning the sent-out email looks a bit like spam.

Great platform with dozens of features, could be using better design features for website designing.
